Mark has worked in the waterproofing and foundation repair industry for over 15 years and has over 34 years of experience in the construction industry overall. He strives for the 3 R’s: Rights, Respect, and Responsibility of his company and customers. Mark looks forward to getting down into the basement, finding a solution, and helping customers understand their problem.
General Manager
Jeremy started as a laborer at age 13 and worked his way up to journeyman and foreman. He is known as a problem solver, communicator, and advocate for B.A.M customer service. “I want to show clients that honesty and integrity are not a thing of the past. A person’s word still means something to B.A.M and we will stand behind ours.”
Sales Manager
TJ, a proud resident of Saylorville Township, has spent 20 years in the construction industry, with the last three specializing in basement solutions. He brings deep knowledge of Iowa’s unique soil and climate challenges to every customer consultation.
Operations Manager
Vanessa resides in Des Moines with her husband and family. She brings her organizational skills and leadership abilities to the B.A.M! team, ensuring every job runs smoothly from scheduling to completion.
Production Manager
Michael was raised in Johnston and chose to move to Adel with his wife and 2 children. A masonry contractor and basement waterproofing expert with extensive hands-on experience, Mike ensures every BAM installation meets the highest standards.
Office Manager
Amanda lives in Des Moines with her family. She grew up on a 100+ year old century farm in small town Iowa. She keeps the office running smoothly and is the first point of contact for customers navigating insurance and billing questions.
Office Administrator
Rylee is the organized and friendly face behind the scenes at BAM. A Carlisle High School graduate and Certified Nurse’s Aide, she brings four years of customer service experience and exceptional attention to detail to every interaction.
Marketing Consultant
Monika is born and raised in Colorado and found her way to Iowa almost 5 years ago. She has been in the service industry for many years and loves to build up companies with her marketing skills and creative vision.

Jake has been a chef by trade for 15 years and brings a keen eye for detail and efficiency to his work at B.A.M. He has been a valued team member, applying his precision and work ethic to every basement project.
Certified Inspector
Todd lives in Des Moines with his wife and four children. A certified inspector, he helps restore the value of Iowa homes by accurately diagnosing foundation and waterproofing issues and recommending the right solutions.
Foundation Specialist
Nick joined the team in December 2021 and brings 13 years of foundation expertise to BAM Basements. He is known for his keen ability to diagnose wet, moldy, and humid basements and deliver lasting solutions.
Masonry & Concrete Expert
Jeff grew up in Winterset and now resides in Des Moines. He has 30+ years of experience in masonry, carpentry, home remodeling, and home improvements. A Winterset Masonry and Concrete Sealing & Flatwork expert.
Senior Masonry Technician
Matt resides in Pleasant Hill with his wife. He joined the team bringing 25 years of masonry experience. His ability to troubleshoot masonry issues and achieve quality results makes him an invaluable member of the BAM crew.

Nick brings over four years of hands-on experience in masonry and foundation work to his role as Foreman at BAM. Based in Des Moines, he is passionate about success and continuously learning better, more efficient methods.
